The service was great. Booking with Krystal was easy. It was very helpful that they do inspections on the weekend. Shane and the trainee were amazing. Shane was very thorough. I really appreciated the advice he gave on maintenance and how to address the areas of concern. Shane was so friendly and full of energy, I felt no stress whatsoever during the inspection. And I got the report exactly when he said I would. A great big thank you to the entire team.

I was very happy with my recent home inspection experience from Inspect Canada. Hamed was very thorough and took time to explain all of his findings thoroughly (even defining any terms I didn’t understand). He not only described everything I needed to know, but also walked me through the apartment so I could view with my own eyes what he was taking note of during the inspection. Hamed also offered helpful suggestions to fix any small issues and to prevent future issues in my apartment. Thank you to Hamed and Inspect Canada for such an informative and thorough home inspection experience.

We were looking for a home inspector for a home we were considering to buy. Pricing was simple to look up, but booking needed a bit of extra follow-up on my end (did it online, didn't get any confirmations, and ended up calling them to get things moving) Hamed Sajjadi was assigned to be our inspector. He was quite thorough with his work, highlighting various things that he found during the walkthrough along with some suggestions on what we should fix/monitor, should we take possession. The information we got had helped us make some informed decisions on the home, and I'm happy with what Hamed did. Thanks!

Great experience! Shane (our inspector) was thorough, extremely knowledgeable, and provided a summary in manner that was easy to understand. I have full trust in their service and would definitely recommend.

Well detailed inspection and good communication of everything inspected and findings

We had the luck to have Reza as our home inspector today. As soon as we met him, we could see him meticulously working around the unit and making sure he wasn’t leaving any inch of it behind. Once he was done, he gave us a run down of every little details about the apartment. He was constantly asking us if we had any questions or concerns, and he always reassured us whenever we did. He’s extremely thorough. We recommend working with him 110%. Thank you for being part of our home purchasing process Reza.

Shane was great, highly recommend him.

I had a great experience with Ramien and his team. Ramien’s Inspection was exceptionally thorough, covering all of the building components in a clear, organized, and easy-to-understand manner. His depth of knowledge and attention to detail were throughout, and he took the time to answer questions and ensure everyone had a solid understanding. Saed and John were also professional, knowledgeable, and approachable. Together, they made a great team and provided an informative and engaging presentation. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for experienced professionals who are knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent service.

Saved me from a massive mistake! This was my first time ever doing a home inspection prior to purchasing, and Sina was the best experience I could have imagined. He was professional, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. If it wasn't for his thorough inspection, I would have purchased a property with major, hidden water damage. Even though we ended up walking away from the sale, hiring Sina was hands-down the best money I’ve ever spent—it literally saved me from a total nightmare. I can't recommend his services enough to anyone buying a home!

Very professional and very knowledgeable person. He (said)explained everything really good . He knows what he is doing which matters most.

We had such a great experience with Shane for our home inspection! He did such a thorough inspection, took the time to explain in detail all of his findings with me in the walk through and provided excellent tips for things to keep in mind for future maintenance/repair. The report was quite detailed as well, providing a very user-friendly site to easily go through the findings to see which items were more minor or needed attention and recommendations for how to proceed with each item. Overall the process and communication was very smooth, informative, user-friendly and timely. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone looking to get a home inspection.

Very detailed and honest inspector, did a great job!

Shane provided an incredibly thorough inspection of the townhome we viewed today. He took the time to walk me through every aspect of the property, explaining not only what he found, but why it mattered, what was expected for a home of its age, what wasn’t, and what I should anticipate moving forward. He was knowledgeable, patient, and very easy to talk to. Most importantly, he didn’t cut any corners. He inspected every nook and cranny with great attention to detail and made sure I understood his findings without ever making me feel rushed. As a first-time home buyer, I left the inspection feeling much more informed and confident in making an important decision. I highly recommend Shane to anyone looking for a meticulous, honest, and professional home inspector. His expertise and commitment to educating his clients truly set him apart.
