As a first time homeowner, I didn’t know what to expect for a home inspection. Rez was amazing and be walked me though every detail of the inspection. He gave me a lot of tips and advice for my home and i really appreciate it.

Shane just completed a home inspection for us. As this was my first experience with a home inspection, I wasn't really too sure what to expect. I knew we were in good hands right from meeting him at the lobby with our realtor. He had such a positive attitude and expressed passion for what he does. For a first time homebuyer, the whole process can be quite daunting. Shane was professional and thorough taking us around the property. He explained what tests he conducted, the various terminology he was using, and more importantly, the impact each item can have when maintaining a home. He provided suggestions in a relatable and informative manner. It really showcased his passion and wealth of knowledge within the industry. I would highly, highly recommend him if you are needing a home inspection. Thank you Shane.

Ramien was very professional and thorough, and the fact he was trained in plumbing came through in all the education and explanations he provided in the review. We can tell he likes his job and is dedicated to it.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Outstanding Experience – Highly Recommend Shane! We had such a great experience with Shane during our apartment inspection, and we couldn’t recommend him enough! From start to finish, he was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely kind. As first-time homebuyers, having someone walk us through everything with patience and care made such a difference and gave us so much confidence in the process. Shane took the time to carefully inspect everything, explain things clearly, and answer our questions without ever making us feel rushed or silly for asking. What we appreciated most was his ability to be honest and straightforward about any concerns while also being realistic and reassuring. He never made us feel unnecessarily worried or overwhelmed, but he also didn’t sugarcoat anything. He struck the perfect balance between being professional, informative, and personable, which is exactly what you hope for when trusting someone with such an important investment. It was also so clear that Shane genuinely loves what he does. His passion, attention to detail, and care for his clients really shine through in the way he works. You can tell he takes pride in providing a thorough inspection and wants people to feel informed and comfortable with their decisions, rather than simply checking boxes and moving on. Buying a home can be overwhelming, especially when you’re navigating everything for the first time, and having someone like Shane on your side makes the experience so much better. We left feeling informed, reassured, and grateful that we chose him. Said Noori provided exceptional service and was quite thorough in taking the needed photos for a pre-purchase inspection report. He wasn’t able to access the attic due to the owners contents in the way but made sure to return the next day and complete the inspection without additional fees.

Professional, Honest and Thourough!

Shane recently did an inspection for us for a property in Chilliwack. me and my wife are fully satisfied with the report and outcome and it helped us communicate with the builder what needs to be addressed before we finalized the purchase. Professional work and highly recommended.

We had Mehran do an inspection on our new construction home and was absolutely blown away with the attention to detail. I have worked in real estate for a couple of years and I have never seen such a detailed inspection report before! He not only looked over the important things but he also helped us with green taping deficiencies! He pointed out many great things that really helped us put together a well rounded deficiency list before taking possession! Thank you so much!!

We had an exceptional experience working with Ramien and cannot recommend him highly enough! He was incredibly thorough during our home inspection, taking the time to carefully assess the property and ensure we had a clear understanding of its condition. What truly sets Ramien apart, though, is that his commitment to his clients doesn't end once the inspection is complete. Nearly three months after our inspection, we reached out with some questions about an issue that had come up in our home, and he was more than happy to share his knowledge, insights, and advice without any hesitation. His willingness to continue helping us long after the inspection speaks volumes about his professionalism, integrity, and genuine care for his clients. Beyond his expertise, Ramien is also such a personable, approachable, and genuinely kind individual who makes the entire experience comfortable and reassuring. As first-time homeowners, having someone we can trust and turn to for honest guidance has been invaluable. We would absolutely choose Ramien again for any future home inspections and would recommend him without hesitation to our friends and family. If you're looking for a home inspector who is knowledgeable, thorough, trustworthy, and genuinely goes above and beyond for his clients, look no further. Thank you Ramien. Ivan and Andreah

Hamed, who did our inspection, was excellent! Punctual, very friendly and patient. Explaining everything to us and taking our points into consideration for his report. Best was that he got the report to us same day so we met the 24h deadline of our developer! We are very thankful for his efforts!!
