Canada's highest-rated inspection company

Always a pleasure to use Inspect Canada, specifically Shane for home inspection. Very detailed oriented and professional. Will absolutely recommend him.

Ramien did 2 house inspections for me. Very detailed, took the time to answer all my questions. Even after the inspection, he answered other questions I had. Very appreciative, would definitely use them next time.

David is very detailed. Highly recommended

Jakeprovided a quite thirough home inspection. Pointed out multiple concerns and recommendations. Investigated areas that I inquired about (shut off valve for exterior water hose sources) resulting in addotional concerns. Even after a formal video session along with my Realtor, he continued to inspect the home, as my realtor and I discussed the findings, pointing out additional findings.

Ramien was fantastic. He was very thorough in the inspection of a soon to be purchased home. The walk-through at the end of the inspection was tremendously helpful. He answered any questions and demonstrated solid knowledge and professionalism. The report generated aligned with the discussions during the walk-through and was easy to understand. Would recommend!

Amazing anfvery professional. Shane was awesome to work with.

Shane was amazing. Extremely thorough and detailed with his inspection, results and discussion. Really nice guy and knows what he is doing. He finds things others would’ve missed and tests appliances, power sockets and found some building work that was not up to standard. 10/10 would recommend everyone to trust Shane with your home inspection.

Amazing work by Sina

Amazing experience. Ramien was our inspector, and he did a thorough job, providing detailed feedback on the property I was looking to purchase. One of the best things about the service is that they provide an easy-to-read report with clear action plans, including which tradespeople you would need to contact to address each issue. Ramien also provided his phone number, and I was able to call him with additional questions after the inspection.

Excellent service from start to finish! The inspector SHANE was professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I really appreciated the attention to detail and helpful recommendations. 10/10 service — highly recommended!

My inspector was great! Arrived early, provided a detailed walk through afterwards, explained what he checked, provided little tips for maintenance, provided enough photos in the report, and report was thorough. Would really recommend inspect Canada for anyone in need for an inspection prior to buying a place.

Mr. Said Noori was assigned to do an inspection of a townhouse in Coquitlam, BC, that would soon be purchased. He did a very thorough job in both conducting the inspection and walking the prospective buyer through the entire property.

Easy booking and fast response time. The inspector was very thorough and explained his findings in great detail. He provided suggestions on which trade to contact for each issue reported. Even though the building was only 3 years old, the results of the inspection were significant enough to justify a renegotiation. Highly recommended; extremely professional.

We recently had Shane inspect a home that we were considering purchasing. Shane was very thorough and detailed in his inspection of the property. After the inspection, he took the time to walk through the property and explain all of his findings to us. His full report was available shortly afterwards with a comprehensive image library of his findings - including detailed aerial views of the roof. The report was easy to understand and categorized all of the deficiencies so that they can easily be prioritized. We appreciated his honest assessment and feedback of the property. We definitely recommend Shane to any prospective buyers and will absolutely be using him for future projects!

Ramien was very friendly, thorough and professional.

Sina was amazing and very friendly! He was thorough and did not rush through the inspection. He was patient in answering any of my questions as well as my family who was with me at the time. Could not recommend him enough!!!

Our Inspector Sina was AMAZING he was extremely thorough and careful and considerate of owners while opening cabinets testing appliances, etc..

Very easy to work with through the whole process. Accommodated a last minute request where David stepped in to cover a double booking that happened. Clients were very informed during the walk-through at the end, which allowed them to make the best decision for their family. Looking forward to trying out the new App they have developed to help realtors!

“Precision and Professional” is the experience and common to Mr. Reza

Krystal was incredibly helpful and fast to book our inspection and we were surprised that they could do it on a stat. The inspection was completed with Shane Ballard, and it was the best money I’ve ever spent. He saved us from purchasing really bad property. Looking forward to find the right property, and we will book again with them. For sure!

I had an exceptional experience with Ramien for the inspection of a townhouse. He took the time in reviewing all aspects of the building and was extremely thorough. A checklist was provided prior to the inspection during the appointment setup. Provided an excellent and comprehensive walk through summary at the end while providing suggestions on how to proceed with any action items as required. Final report provided promptly and easy to follow with detailed photos of pinpoint areas that were flagged. Very professional and easy to talk to and answered questions during the inspection. Highly recommended and definitely added confidence in my purchase during this stage as a first time home buyer

We were getting our first condo and weren't sure if an inspection was necessary since it was a fairly new unit. We decided to go with Inspect Canada anyway, and I'm really glad we did. The inspector, Reza, did a phenomenal job explaining all of the unit's shortcomings and pointing out things to potentially fix or keep an eye on in the future. He came fully equipped with all the necessary tools and even spotted and noted issues I never would have thought to look for myself. Thank you, Reza, and thank you, Inspect Canada, for the excellent service!

I was really happy with the service I received from Inspect Canada to inspect my new build home. Even with new builds its worth being cautious and at the price point I felt i got more than fair value. Inspector: Said Noori - We started from the roof and worked our way down through the unit going through any items caught by the inspector. When a deficiency was identified, Said would take the time to explain the potential issues and provide feedback based on his experience of doing past inspections. - The inspector was able to identify minor issues i likely wouldn't have caught. for example a loose paver on the terrace, a small daylight gap at the base of the garage door, non functioning GFCI outlet and a improperly installed pipe that was leaking under one of the sinks. Had I relied on my own deficiency inspection, i do not think i would have caught all the above issues. - The other thing i really liked is the inspector took the time to explain to me the features of certain installed systems. I wasn't even aware that my unit had an ERV system and Said took the time to explain how it works, and sort of what the benefits are. Once completed they send you a report that you can then use to follow up via the developer. It was provided the same day. Overall very happy with the service. Would recommend.

Hamed inspected our brand-new condo and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. He was extremely thorough and patiently walked us through everything he found, taking the time to explain what mattered and why. When we had questions, he answered them clearly without ever making us feel rushed. On top of being knowledgeable, he was genuinely kind and easy to talk to throughout. Highly recommend him to anyone needing a home inspection!

We used Inspect Canada for the second time and couldn't be happier with them, Sina was amazing and thoroughly inspected the whole house with no details are small. Thank Inspecte Canada, highly recommended and will definitely reach out for future purchases.

Shane and his team did a thorough inspection and his findings saved us from a bad financial decision. I would totally recommend his services!

Shane completed a home inspection for us, and we were genuinely impressed with the entire experience. As first-time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions and weren't sure what to expect. From start to finish, Shane was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to walk us through the property, explain his findings in a way that was easy to understand, and answer all of our questions. His report was detailed and comprehensive, and it was clear that he has extensive experience in the industry. What stood out most was how much value he provided beyond the standard inspection. He made the process enjoyable, educational, and reassuring during what can be a stressful time. We truly appreciated his honesty, attention to detail, and willingness to help. I would highly recommend Shane to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and professional home inspector. He exceeded our expectations and gave us confidence in our home-buying decision.
