We just had the pleasure of working with Ramien from Inspect Canada. They were able to accomodate my ASAP request. I have yet to read the report, but Ramien did an amazing job on the walkthrough. He took his time explaining everything in detail, and was very detailed and gave his insights on things we dont necessarily think about. Answered all our questions and we were satisfied by how knowledgeable he was. Highly recommend!

I just got inspection done through him. Checked everything precisely and took proper time to explain everything precisely. I highly recommend.

Shane was super professional, detail oriented, and attentive during his home inspection with me. There were no defects with my unit but Shane went above and beyond and made recommendations for how to maintain and do preventative maintenance so the unit itself lasts longer. If you’re looking for a someone who’s professional, high attention to details and super outgoing, look no further.

We had Mehran as our inspector. Incredibly detailed, thorough & informative experience. Thanks so much!

Had my (future) house inspected and ramien and sandeep did a good job, it was great to get not 1 but 2 inspectors on short notice to cover the whole property, they also extended the walkaround from 1-2 hours as more explanantion and discovery was needed. Ramien also afterwards followed up after some questions over text and which was appreciated.
