His report was comprehensive, highlighting important areas that needed attention and providing clear recommendations. His professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to answer all our questions gave us peace of mind. We highly recommend Shane to anyone in need of a reliable and detail-oriented home inspector!

I had a very pleasant and professional experience with my inspector. He was thorough and asked if I had any questions and was always willing to answer and give me feedback that was helpful. He was able to find things that I had not noticed myself in viewing the property twice on my own. I really appreciate their (David’s) expertise and would use him again in the future.

I had a great experience with Inspect Canada. Communication was great, responses were fast. Mehran inspected the apartment for any possible damage and potential problems, paying attention to the areas I asked and gave a very clear overview. He answered all the questions I had, was very knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant to talk to. Copy of the results were sent to me and my agent the same day, sorting all the points by categories with recommended solutions. I am very happy I chose Inspect Canada and would do it again in the future.
