Had the pleasure of working with Shane for a home inspection. He was extremely thorough, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. I highly recommend asking for him — he provides honest, high-quality service and really puts your mind at ease.

Our home inspection was thorough and thoughtful with a good detailed report. This was a critical report that we used to help make our decision to purchase our new home. When we did the walk through, our inspector's knowledge was obvious and gave us the confidence to trust the report. He showed us not only what he inspected but also his methodology. Fantastic experience. Would recommend and would use again.

Excellent service. The inspection was done very detailed and everything was explained well.

I had a very pleasant experience with Inspect Canada and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a thorough home inspection. Sandeep was professional, organized, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to walk me through every room, explaining his findings in a clear and concise manner. I really appreciated how meticulous he was, he even left a small piece of tissue paper in each device he tested to check for even the slightest water leak. His attention to detail gave me a lot of confidence in the inspection. Sandeep also took the time to explain the tools he was using and exactly what he was looking for, which helped me better understand the condition of the home. Overall, a very smooth, informative, and reassuring experience. Highly recommended!

Ramein was very patient, extremely thorough and had simple, detailed explanations for everything. The report also arrived immediately after and was comprehensive. I am satisfied with their service.

Mehran is the best of the best. That’s all.

My husband and I decided to go with Shane at Inspect Canada after reading all the positive reviews about him, and we were so happy we did. He took the time walking us through every detail of the inspection, giving helpful advice of how to improve the deficiency he found in the house, and answering all the questions we had with best of his knowledge. We really appreciate his patience and professionalism. The inspection report also explained everything in detail and was delivered to us within the promised time. We would really recommend him to anyone who is looking for a reliable and professional inspector.

One of my main Home Inspection referral partners in the Greater Vancouver area. Time and time again I refer my clients to hire Inspect Canada and each time I couldn't be happier with the result. As a busy real estate agent in Vancouver, we have to lean on third party providers like Inspect Canada to ensure our buyers are purchasing a quality home, and their continual time and energy that they put into their inspections, educating clients and even us agents doesn't go unnoticed.

Ramien was very thorough and professional. He explained things I did not understand and provided his expert opinion.

My partner and I had a really solid experience with INSPECT. Our inspector Shane, was very knowledgeable and was transparent with his findings. As first time home buyers, we felt very comfortable with his presentation and friendly service. Thank you again Shane for helping us inspect our first home!
