Canada's highest-rated inspection company

Shane was an absolute pleasure! Thoughtful, thorough, entertaining and insightful. We went in unsure of what to expect and what we’d gain but came out feeling like we’d made a great decision and that we had learned a ton and gained peace of mind. Not only was Shane professional but he was fun and kind. Shane aims to make every inspection a 5 star experience and he earned that and then some. Would 100% recommend. Thanks.

Ramien was very helpful and thorough during the inspection of our new home. Everything was documented with photos and recommendations in the report, making it easy for us to arrange to get things fixed. It was well worth the money to give us peace of mind around safety and maintenance issues that could be costly in the long run. We were able to identify several key issues that the sellers even agreed to get fixed prior to completion of the house sale, potentially saving us thousands of dollars.

Mehran was great! Friendly, professional and efficient. The inspection itself was very thorough and we had the report in hand (with photos and explanations) very quickly after the walk through. We would highly recommend him and this company!! Even the communication leading up to the inspection itself was super efficient and timely. We can now feel confident in our decision to purchase the property 👍🏼

Inspect Canada was detail oriented, efficient and professional. Thank you! Nelson Leis Oakwyn Realty Ltd.

Due to Shane’s earlier inspection on our first potential home we were able to identify a lot of issues that didn’t meet our satisfaction. This saved us from so much that would have become liabilities in the short term. Therefore, we decided to use his services a second time in confirming another purchase and again he gave us a great inspection that has given us the confidence to proceed with this purchase. Thumbs up Shane!
