Shane Ballard

Shane just completed a home inspection for us. As this was my first experience with a home inspection, I wasn't really too sure what to expect. I knew we were in good hands right from meeting him at the lobby with our realtor. He had such a positive attitude and expressed passion for what he does. For a first time homebuyer, the whole process can be quite daunting. Shane was professional and thorough taking us around the property. He explained what tests he conducted, the various terminology he was using, and more importantly, the impact each item can have when maintaining a home. He provided suggestions in a relatable and informative manner. It really showcased his passion and wealth of knowledge within the industry. I would highly, highly recommend him if you are needing a home inspection. Thank you Shane.

This was a timely, professional inspection. Provided me with a lot of information to consider before closing on a property. You could the he knew what he was doing by his speed. Thanks for the due diligence. Nice meeting you Shane!
