Home Inspector · Strux Group Ltd.
Ehsan Latifian brings more than 15 years of construction experience to every home he inspects. He holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering, an M.Sc. in Civil Environmental Engineering and BCIT's Building Construction Technology certificate, and he owns Strux Group Ltd. in Port Coquitlam. Before home inspection, Ehsan worked as a project manager and estimator on residential, commercial and institutional projects, much of it roofing, waterproofing and building-envelope work for Lower Mainland contractors. That background shapes how he looks at roofs, foundations, the exterior envelope and moisture. He uses moisture meters and infrared imaging to find leaks, condensation and insulation gaps. Ehsan is licensed by Consumer Protection BC and holds CanNACHI and InterNACHI home inspection certificates. He completed his licensing trial inspection under Inspect Canada founder David Asselin, an approved CPBC evaluator, and inspects homes across Metro Vancouver and the Lower Mainland.
